The Weeknd recently teased the soundtrack for his upcoming HBO series “The Idol” by sharing a 17-second video of himself and producer Mike Dean overseeing an orchestra playing an arrangement in the studio.
“THE IDOL VOL. 1,” he captioned the clip with a CD emoji, “coming soon (double fantasy & jealous guy just a taste).”
The singer has been teasing his much awaited TV project, which also features producer Dean, Lily-Rose Depp, BLACKPINK‘s Jennie, Troye Sivan, Moses Sumney, Dan Levy, Hari Nef and several others.
Ahead of the release of the teaser, The Weeknd posted a blurry picture of Dean playing synths in the back on Instagram with a desert emoji followed by a question mark.
