SZA’s ‘SOS’ Tops Billboard 200 For Fourth Straight Week

SZA‘s SOS has topped the Billboard 200 chart for the fourth consecutive week.

The second studio album by SZA, SOS earned 125,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending January 5, according to Luminate. Out of the total, SEA units comprise 121,500, album sales comprise 3,000 and TEA units comprise 500.

Released on December 9, 2022, the album features guest appearances from Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, Travis Scott, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard.

It broke the record for the largest streaming week for an R&B album in the U.S.

Taylor Swift‘s Midnights remains at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart dated January 14.

It is followed by Metro Boomin‘s Heroes & Villains, Drake and 21 Savage‘s Her Loss, Bad Bunny‘s Un Verano Sin Ti and Morgan Wallen‘s Dangerous: The Double Album in ranks No. 3 to No. 6, respectively.

The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units.
