Steve Lacy’s ‘Bad Habit’ Earns Second Week Atop Billboard Hot 100

Steve Lacy‘s “Bad Habit” has stayed on top of the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart for a second week after debuting at No. 1.

Released via L-M/RCA Records, “Bad Habit” tallied 41.5 million radio airplay audience impressions, 20.6 million streams and 2,000 downloads sold in the September 30-October 6 tracking week, according to Luminate.

“Bad Habit” was released as the second single from Lacy’s second studio album Gemini Rights on June 29. Lacy produced the song and co-wrote it with Diana Gordon, John Kirby, Britanny FousheĆ© (as background vocals) and Matthew Castellanos.

Meanwhile, Sam Smith and Kim Petras‘ “Unholy” rose to No. 2 on the chart dated October 15.

Harry Styles‘ “As It Was,” Post Malone‘s “I Like You (A Happier Song),” featuring Doja Cat, and Nicky Youre and dazy‘s “Sunroof” are ranked at No. 3, 4, and 5, respectively, on the Hot 100 chart.

The Hot 100 blends all-genre U.S. streaming (official audio and official video), radio airplay and sales data.
