Rapper and singer Rod Wave has returned to the top of the Billboard Artist 100 chart.
Wave, who was ranked at No. 81, made a big leap to reach No. 1 on the chart dated August 27.
This is the second time that the rapper has become the top musical act in the U.S.
The success of his new album, Beautiful Mind, helped Wave top the Artist 100.
The 24-track album debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 with 115,000 album-equivalent units earned in its opening week, according to Luminate.
Beautiful Mind is the fourth studio album by Wave. It was released through Alamo Records on August 12 and features guest appearances from Jack Harlow and December Joy.
Rodarius Marcell Green, known professionally as Rod Wave, is known for his strong voice and incorporation of hip hop and R&B. At the young age of 22, he has been recognized as a trailblazer of soul-trap.
