Mariah Carey recently shared a picture of her “sad attempt” to recreate the iconic “Rachel haircut” from the popular TV series “Friends.”
On Friday, May 28, the superstar singer shared a throwback photo on Instagram of her hairstyle similar to that of Jennifer Aniston‘s Rachel Greene in the hit 1990s sitcom.
“#FBF A sad attempt at the Rachel hairdo,” Carey captioned the picture along with the laughing-crying emoji and the hashtag #friends.
However, Aniston gave her approval of the hair style in the comment section. “LOVE IT,” the actress wrote alongside a flame emoji.
Meanwhile, the long-awaited “Friends: The Reunion” special premiered on HBO Max last Thursday.
Hosted by James Corden, the special reunited “Friends” stars Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer along with guest appearances by Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and BTS.
