The Fast and the Furious franchise regular Chris “Ludacris” Bridges is set to star in the Netflix thriller End of the Road.
Queen Latifah and three-time Primetime Emmy winner Beau Bridges are also starring in the movie, which is being produced by Tracey Edmonds via Edmonds Entertainment along with Mark Burg for Twisted Pictures and Brad Kaplan.
Millicent Shelton will direct the thriller written by David Loughery. The script is based on an original screenplay by The Intruder scribe Christopher Moore.
Latifah and Shakim Compere are the executive producers along with Ben Pugh and Erica Steinberg.
Ludacris, who earlier starred in the Oscar winning Best Picture Crash, next appears in Universal’s F9, which has already amassed over $256 million at the foreign box office before its June 25 U.S. start.
Ludacris and Bridges previously starred together in Mark Wahlberg action movie Max Payne in 2008.
Ludacris is a three-time Grammy winner, and his albums Word of Mouf, Chicken-n-Beer and The Red Light District went multi-platinum.
