Lineups Unveiled For Global Citizen Live Concerts In L.A., London

The lineup of artists for Global Citizen Live concerts in London and Los Angeles have been announced.

Nile Rodgers and Chic will be joined by Duran Duran, Kylie Minogue, Måneskin, Rag’n’Bone Man and more for a 24-hour global broadcast event of music and activism in London.

The show will be broadcast on BBC One from 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 25 and across the BBC until approximately 3 a.m. A special Global Citizen Live highlights show will then air on BBC One at 4:30 p.m. the next day, on Sunday, to keep the party going.

Presented by Verizon, Global Citizen Live in Los Angeles will take place on an outdoor stage at the Greek Theatre. The event will be headlined by Global Citizen veteran Stevie Wonder, who will be joined by Adam Lambert, Chloe x Halle, Demi Lovato, H.E.R., ONEREPUBLIC, Ozuna, The Lumineers, and 5 Seconds of Summer.

The broadcast will air September 25 on BBC, ABC, ABC News Live, Australia’s Channel 9, Brazil’s Multishow and Bis, France’s TF1/TMC, Singapore’s Mediacorp, FX, iHeartRadio, Hulu, The Roku Channel, YouTube, TIME, Twitter, and more.

There will also be Global Citizen Live music festivals in New York, Paris, Lagos, Rio de Janeiro, Sydney, and Seoul as part of a historic event for global unity across six continents in the mission to fight poverty, climate change, and vaccine inequity. The events will be broadcast over 24 hours, spread across September 25 and 26.
