Lil Baby’s ‘My Turn’ Breaks Record For Most Weeks In Top 10 On R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart

Lil Baby‘s My Turn has broken the record for the most weeks in the top 10 on Billboard‘s R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart.

The rapper earned the key record within five years of making his Billboard chart debut.

The 2020 release, which served as the follow-up to his 2018 debut album Harder Than Ever, found a place in the chart’s top tier for an 85th week.

He surpassed the record held by Post Malone‘s Hollywood Bleeding, which had spent 84 weeks in the top 10 during 2019-2021.

Overall, My Turn has spent 106 weeks on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

The album went up in popularity very fast, earning triple platinum status within a year of its release. A deluxe edition was dropped in May 2020.

Li Baby announced on Instagram last Sunday that he is set to release new music this summer, posting a single line, “this summers mine.”
