Kanye West‘s “Hurricane” has debuted atop Billboard‘s Streaming Songs chart. “Hurricane” launched at No. 1 on the tally dated September 11, earning West his third Streaming Songs No. 1.
“Hurricane” earned 29 million U.S. streams in the August 27-September 2 tracking period, according to MRC Data.
This is the first time Ye has topped the chart since 2018. Both his previous chart-toppers, “All Mine” and “I Love It,” featuring Lil Pump, dropped in 2018.
Meanwhile, Kanye’s latest album Donda also debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with 309,000 equivalent album units earned. Two songs from record also reached Billboard Hot 100’s top 10, led by “Hurricane” at No. 6 and followed by “Jail” at No. 10.
