Chlöe Bailey of the R&B sister duo Chloe & Halle released her debut solo single “Have Mercy” and a video for the song on Friday (September 10).
The song is from Chlöe’s upcoming debut album, due to arrive via Parkwood Entertainment/Columbia.
The two sisters created separate social media accounts earlier this year and teased “so many exciting things coming.”
In a recent interview with Billboard, Chlöe spoke about her solo musical career, saying, “I’m creating my own lane, as well as paying homage to the ones who have inspired me. It has been fun finding my voice.”
Bailey subsequently brought the song to the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, September 12, for its television debut performance.
