Cardi B teamed up with Kay Flock on his “Shake It” video that also features Dougie B and Bory300.
Kay Flock, who released the video on Friday (April 15), began teasing the song last month. He shared a clip on Instagram on March 30 with the caption, “We Bout to Shake It up … Thank you @iamcardib Coming Soon! My Hearttttt.”
The track is Kay Flock’s first new single since releasing his debut project, The D.O.A. Tape, last November.
A day ahead of the release of the song, Cardi B teased the track on social media, writing, “SHAKE IT MUSIC VIDEO OUT AT MIDNIGHT …GO GEEK!”
The song, produced by Elias Beats, prominently samples Sean Paul‘s “Temperature” and Akon‘s “Bananza (Belly Dancer).”
The visual shows Cardi, Kay Flock, Dougie B, and Bory300 taking over a Bronx street corner as they’re surrounded by their crew members who are either draped in red or blue.
