Beyoncé Earns Second Week Atop Billboard Artist 100

Beyoncé has spent a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100, driven by the popularity of her new album Renaissance.

The superstar debuted as the top musical act in the U.S. last week along with topping the Billboard Hot 100 and 200 Charts.

Beyoncé maintained her supremacy on the Hot 100 with a No. 1 rank for “Break My Soul,” a song from Renaissance, on the chart dated August 20.

Renaissance dipped to No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 89,000 equivalent album units, according to Luminate.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again made their re-entry on the Artist 100 chart by jumping to No. 3, while the late Olivia Newton-John debuted at No. 20.

In breaking news on the Artist 100, Jason Aldean became the first country artist to spend 400 total weeks inside the top 100. Aldean is ranked at No. 58 on the latest list.

The Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay and streaming to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
